Personal training is also available on a one-to-one basis at £40 per hour and we can set you up with a gym programme from £20.00.

I’ve competed for the army in downhill skiing and I compete regularly in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) tournaments, amassed a vast amount of knowledge from this sporting and military background I take great pride in my ability to share this information with you to help us understand why we train the way we do. Staying committed to making positive lifestyle changes for the better, achieved through education, motivation and guidance every step of the way. Areas of expertise include: Post rehab exercise, Exercise for the management of lower back pain, Pre/post natal training, Performance training.
I have a real passion and enthusiasm for exercise and nutrition. I vary my own training, which includes yoga, boxing and weight training.
Good nutrition is important, So in addition to my Nutrition specialist diploma, I undertake further courses & research try to keep abreast of current nutritional research.
I think the key to having or sustaining a healthy lifestyle is good nutrition, focus, determination, variety and above all enjoying the whole experience.
I have always loved dancing from an early age, so eventually went on to study ‘dance & performing arts’. Having since discovered ‘pole fitness’ ,which built upon my strengths as a dancer and helped rebuild my confidence which I had lost a little since deciding to change career path away from dancing full time. I am now part of the ‘Pole Studio Team’ in addition to my Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualifications. So I am in both the gym & studio.

In my own training I combine Yoga, Weights, Boxing, Hiit and Cardio, which help me stay focused by mixing up my training and widening my knowledge.
